I would like to thank Action Furnace for installing my water heater and gas furnanceThe did it in one day and left the place very cleanThe workmanship was superbAfter the work was done I had to get the city to inspect it and pass the workThe inspector was impressed by the ducting for the furnace even though it was a bit difficult to do in a tight place
A week ago ATCO gas wanted to change the gas meters so the came and shut of the gas for both the water heater and gas furnaceEven the people from ATCO were impressed that such good work was done on our water heater and gas furnace
Having two porfessionals tell me that has given me great confidence in Action Furnace (not that I didn't have confidence in them before)I would recommend Action Furnace to any one and their warranties are the best in the city ( I tell u this because I have researched it)So thank you Cole (the young guy who came to install my furnace and water heater) for a job well done

The company's payment scale is set up to take advantage of the clientsThis company came out to make a repair, didn't fix the problem, and then upon their return charged again as though there were two problemsDo not trust this business--they are crooks Even before their arrival they are trying to sell you on a maintenance programCompany has a slogan "fix it right or it's free": It doesn't do eitherDon't trust them

I had very honest serviceEverything was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answeredNo additional products or services were forced upon meThe maintenance program was discussed and understandabbly so as this is part of their businessI was not made to feel pressured in any wayI would MOST definitely use this company again AND recommend to others

Action furnace was polite, and completed the job within a reasonable time frameThe tech Ken C was very respectful of my home and explained what he did when he installed a hot water tankThe quote I got is the price I paid, and it was cheaper than other places I calledI will use them again

I was treated with respect and also as a priority customer (I do pay the monthly fees)The furnace cleaning technician was very thorough and tried his best to rectify an error code that was beyond his scope - I really appreciated his effortsWhen a repair technician needed to attend the error code, it took only a very short time before this technician showed upHe was able to quickly resolve the problemI had very helpful, very courteous technicians who also helped to educate me about my furnace along the wayOffice staff were also very courteous and accommodating in setting up this appointmentI have been a customer of Action Furnace since (at a different house), and it is because of their quality work, and prompt courteous manner I continue to be their customerThanks for your good work

Action was very responsive with quotes and adjusted their schedule to effect a quick install as our furnace was dead in the winterThe install team (mostly Dan) was efficient and thorough in that they seemed to be methodical and took the time to make sure that the install was done with the quality one would expect to ensure that it was Done Right the First TimeCompletely cleaned up their work areas and were courteousAs this is my first experience with Action, claims that they are responsive to service calls will only be measurable in the future but initial responses (via Marc) to queries was quick and informativeIn deciding with Action; the Revdex.com, consumer responses and product quality were all considered however other companies were also in same quality poolWe were happy with sales presentation and Actions primary business is Furnaces, not a secondary market to their primary business

We hired Action Furnace to install an air conditioner in our home in June A few days after installation we encountered water leaking in our basement ontop of and around our furnaceI called Action Furnace and they sent out the owner to inspect the situationHe came and did a quick fix on the condensation piping and when I asked about my furnace and water getting into it he told me not to worry about it Within a few days we smelled something burning and we shut off the air and called Action backThe water had burned out our circut board on our furnace and we were informed we now needed a new furnaceThe owner had the nerve to ask us if we would be willing to split the cost of a new furnaceWe told him it was their fault and we would not pay anythingThey did install a new furnace but did not stand behind their guarantee that if we were without air or heat (due to thier installation) for more than hours they would give us $We were without air for more than weekI would not use this company again
