Action furnace was polite, and completed the job within a reasonable time frame. The tech Ken C was very respectful of my home and explained what he did when he installed a hot water tank. The quote I got is the price I paid, and it was cheaper than other places I called. I will use them again
Action was very responsive with quotes and adjusted their schedule to effect a quick install as our furnace was dead in the winter. The install team (mostly Dan) was efficient and thorough in that they seemed to be methodical and took the time to make sure that the install was done with the quality one would expect to ensure that it was Done Right the First Time. Completely cleaned up their work areas and were courteous. As this is my first experience with Action, claims that they are responsive to service calls will only be measurable in the future but initial responses (via Marc) to queries was quick and informative. In deciding with Action; the Revdex.com, consumer responses and product quality were all considered however other companies were also in same quality pool. We were happy with sales presentation and Actions primary business is Furnaces, not a secondary market to their primary business.
