Review: I ordered 11 pairs of Hanes Girls' EcoSmart Open Bottom Sweatpants (order [redacted]) on February 4, 2013 from [redacted]. Based on their size chart, I ordered the XL size; the chart stated that this should fit a girl/woman with a 26-27 inch waist, weight between 84-110 pounds; this is well within my size range, so they should have fit. When they arrived yesterday, they were easily 5-6 sizes LARGER than the stated measurements; approx six inches too long and six inches too large around the waist, crotch so long they pulled up to my chest, etc. My complaint concerns not necessarily the sizing error (although that's so inaccurate it's unprofessional), but their return policy. I got the wrong size because THEY made the mistake of posting the wrong measurements for the size I ordered. Yet, I'm the one who's responsible for paying return postage. This was THEIR mistake, not mine. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is not that if customers who buy from them have to be out any money because of Hanes' error.Desired Settlement: In addition to a full refund for the money spent on the pants, I also want OneHanesPlace to pay for return postage. The nearest OneHanesPlace store is a 50-mile roundtrip from here, so it's not possible to return them in person (their other return option). The company is responsible for the fact that I have to return them, not me. If their size chart had accurately reflected the pants' size, I would have bought a smaller size. (The shirts in the order were the right size; no return for those.)

Review: on 06/02/I returned an article by priority mail to the wrong addressIt was on line shopping & several companies use the same on line advertisingI inadvertently sent the package to Hanes @ @ Rural Hall, NC I used the tracking number on the priority mail receipt & found the package was delivered at 8:am on June 8, in Rural Hall, NC 27098.I called customer service the first part of this month to inquire why the $article had not been returnedI received absolutely no helpI called the local PO & they of course said once the package was delivered to that address they have no recourse as to its' being returnedI know it was my mistake in using the wrong address, but I should have received the package returnedIs there any help for me? the tracking Number:[redacted]Desired Settlement: Return the package or refund the value of $Value can be verified by contacting [redacted] - [redacted] - Order Number: [redacted]

Review: On November 26, 2014 I ordered several Champion items off (Hanes.com) was in total $175.00. The transaction was successful and I received and conformation E-mail with an item total. Two days later, I received a second e-mail stating that the items were shipped. I checked my card statement and witness the transaction. The items came as expected and everything was Ok. NOW 6 months later Im receiving harassing letters stating that I owe $175.00 for those same items. The original transaction charge was never returned so why the [redacted](*redacted*) am I going to send them 175.00 again. This is some type of scam that (Hanes.com) is doing to a lot of its on-line customers. I am now being harassed every morning by phone and I received 4 letters stating I am being reported to a collection agency and it will affect my credit if I dont pay I will never spend a penny with (Hanes.com) Terrible customer service and criminal billing practices.Desired Settlement: Stop harassing me every morning by phone and sending letters stating I am being reported to a collection agency and it will affect my credit if I dont pay
