Review: Between 11/21- 11/24, I placed 212 orders on the Lego website as holiday gifts for my clients. After 7 requests for order confirmation and tracking, they have refused to provide a confirmation for each order. Furthermore, the orders listed on their website in my account, state a recipient name with the tracking going to another location and state. Many of the orders do not have tracking yet they marked them shipped, billed my credit card and NEVER delivered. Multiple orders, in excess of at least 20, shows the same recipient name, with tracking numbers going to locations all over the country. On 12/9 an email from [redacted] of Lego confirms that their website had a problem and altered the addresses that we carefully entered when placing the orders. As a result the names on their order pages do not match the names and addresses they we provided and also in their own website the tracking number displayed does not match the city and states for the recipient listed in the same order. There is no way for me to check what was shipped to whom as the orders on my lego account page state incorrect information. LEGO REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THEY HAVE TAKE MY MONEY, NOT DELIVERED AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS FOR EACH ORDER! At [redacted] request on 12/1 I sent him an exact accounting record of each order and they refuse to ship the items that they have already been paid for. This is an act of fraud and I want them held responsible for all the orders that were placed. I have left two messages with [redacted] , Senior Manager and have yet to receive a return call. I left 4 messages for [redacted] today and he never had the decency to call me back. This is an outrage and FRAUD! Please investigate this to the fullest extent of the law.Desired Settlement: Unless Lego can provide proof of shipment to the correct address that I submitted for each of the 212 orders, then I have no other option but to request a full refund for all the orders that LEGO cannot provide accurate confirmation and tracking.

Review: My credit card was charged fraudulently. I contacted Lego and the girl on the phone (Amanda, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) who verified there was a charge and that it was fraudulent. She refused to tell me the name and address being shipped to as well as refusing to refund my card. She told me I had to contact my bank for a refund and the police dept for the ship to information.The reference number she gave me is XXXXXXXXXA.If Lego knows the charge is fraud, shouldn't they refund my card? I am a victim so why do I have to jump through hoops?When I contacted my bank, they said that Lego shop@home frequently shows up regarding fraudulent charges. How can this be ok?

I want the charge on my credit card to be reversed. My bank should not have to cover this charge, Lego should.

Review: [redacted]: Order for [redacted] (Item [redacted]) was placed on 12/18/14 - Order # [redacted] totaling $117.05 ($89.99 plus $20.95 expedited shipping to arrive by Christmas plus $6.11 tax). Without any notification, I checked the order status today to find it was cancelled. I have been charged for this order on my [redacted] card and have not received the order.

I phoned Lego Customer Service this evening, at 9:16pm. After being on hold for 10 minutes I finally spoke with a "customer service" rep. He was condensing and offered no reason or help with my cancelled/charged order. I asked to speak with his supervisor and after an additional 15 minutes, [redacted] answered the call. He was unprofessional and condescending. He offered no resolution to this issue.

Who are you employing in this customer service capacity for a child's toy company??? You should be ashamed of yourself. I will NEVER shop this website again. Nor will I ever recommend Lego brand to anyone. I am appalled at the lack of service I have received.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order by 12/24/14 as I paid for, with a full refund of shipping charge $20.95).

This customer’s order was cancelled by our automated payment

processing system because certain criteria were not met or red flagged. The

customer was never charged for her order and the pre-authorization has been

removed automatically. We are very sorry that the consumer was unable to shop

with LEGO systems. At the time the consumer called us it was too late to send

anything out before Christmas. It simply would not have been possible to send

product in time before Christmas, even with express delivery. The advisor who took

the call did follow our standard procedure although we do recognize that after

reviewing the call it could have been handled with more empathy and this has

since been addressed.

I am rejecting this response because:I was treated extremely poorly by both the Lego Customer Rep and his Manager. I expect to receive something other than "we followed procedure but could have been more sensitive".

Review: I have ordered products from LEGO for years. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their products. I recently purchase several items and someone contacted me and said that I am being looked into as a reseller and that I would no longer be allowed to purchase from their website. They then cancelled several orders which were pending for days without notice! They gave me the phone number to inquire about purchasing from them in a retail fashion and the phone number was bogus. I tried contacting that retail department several times in other ways but was never approved and the reason why was unclear. I find this very unfair and a very poor way to treat a customer of many years.Desired Settlement: For my desired settlement I would like to be allowed to continue purchasing from Lego OR I would like to be granted the ability to purchase LEGO products as a retailer and carry their products in my store.
