What a ripoff! All he did was tell us the outlets were gounded and the date of the furnace for over $500! Then told us we would need to bring in a contractor to look at anything else! When the contractor came out he found all kinds of issues that The Lake Erie owner never even mentioned. I don't think he even spent an hour at the property vs. when we had an inspection with another company on similar property, they spent most of the day at the property and allowed me to follow them around and go over everything! Lake Erie's report after the inspection is a joke! This guy should not be doing home inspections! I know our realtor removed him from her list, hopefuly others will as well! Better off not having an inspection!
