We are sorry that the customer was unhappy with the seat he purchased for the *** *** concert on August Views in a concert venue vary with each show's production set-up, but all venues try to depict as best as possible the seating layoutThe seating chart shown on the attached document was
on the *** site as well as the venue's Web siteAlso included on this document is a photo taken prior to another show from the customer's approximate locationThe chart clearly shows the seat location comparable to its physical location in the venueWe will investigate to find out why an member of the event staff did not tell the customer to go to the box office or a floor manager during the show, however, given the nature of the complaint, an accommodation for it would not be warranted based on the information the customer is providingThank you for sending it to us and we hope our response will demonstrate that the customer purchased what was represented on the published seating chartWe do appreciate knowing that one of our staff perhaps needs further training and we will follow through on ascertaining the information to determine that.Sincerely,Lehigh County Agricultural Society

The [redacted] produced six concerts in August that all utilized the same industry standard Seating map that was represented on the [redacted] sales pages and [redacted] Web site. [redacted]'s complaint is the only one of its nature we received for any of our shows. We are again including the photo and seating chart for you and [redacted] to reference. The stage is located on the northern side of the venue. Please notice that rows [redacted] in sections B, C and D are denoted with a north-south trajectory that depicts a straight line view to the stage. Also please note that the downstage edge of the stage runs in front of sections B, D and E. Sections A and E are clearly shown to the east and west of the downstage edge of the stage and are triangular in shape. The chair rows in these sections follow the diagonal trajectories depicting rows 1-28 clearly shown on this seating chart. They are set on an angle to face the stage because, as the chart clearly depicts, they are not directly in front of the stage. It is also very evident on the chart that Row 1 of sections A and E is not flush with Row 1 of sections B and D nor does it run precisely east to west. The map clearly shows Row 1 running on a diagonal and thus, rows 2-28 behind it replicate that angle. There are nine more rows in sections A and Ethan sections B, C and D because they are set on an angle that is clearly shown by the diagonal line. The star on the chart indicates where Section A, Row 27 is, in line with Grandstand sections 103-104. Please notice how the Grandstand sections appear with relation to the stage. Comparing the star we placed to denote [redacted]'s seat location and the photo depiction demonstrates that the map was not deceptive. -Sincerely,[redacted]/Lehigh County Agricultural Society

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The picture submitted by them is fairly accurate from the picture I took regarding where the seat was actually located. The location of My seat was Section * Row ** seat * and *  five seats away from section * and if you look is directly in line from the left edge of the stage as viewed not at a 45 degree angle of the state at least 120 feet further to the left of the stage where the entire stage could not be seen.  If they had used the more closely depicted seating chart(one of their own seating charts) as the one I have attached which clearly shows a more closely and realistic seating chart than the incorrect one they actually used I would HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THOSE TICKETS. They could have very easily been forthcoming with the customers as to where their seats would actually be but they chose not to. I purchased a seat which was incorrectly marked by them. They could have been honest with the ticket purchasers as to the real location of the tickets but chose not to. They should not profit from their blatant dishonesty. Regards,[redacted]

Review: On January 31 2014 I purchased a pair of [redacted] concert tickets through [redacted]. The Order number for the tickets was [redacted]. The concert was scheduled for Wed Aug 27 2014. The diagram for the purchasing of the tickets showed the the seats I purchased were Section A row 27 seats five and six. The diagram indicated the seats were aligned with the right edge of the stage directly facing the stage. I have an example of the seating chart available. I purchased these tickets for 101.25 for each ticket. At no time were there any disclaimers that the location of ticket purchased may not be the actual seat location at the time of the concert, nor is the disclaimer present on my ticket. I have never been to a concert where the seats are not at the location on the seating chart before. When we got to our seats the night of the concert we found our seats were NO where near where they appeared on the diagram. As a matter of fact we were now sitting approx. 100 yards to the right of the stage with an obstructed full view of the stage, with an approximate 40 degree viewing angle to the stage. I complained to the event staff that was attending to my section that this isn't right this is no where close to what was shown, as did several other concert goers, he just shrugged his shoulders and turned his back. At no time did he tell me you are welcome to go complain at the box office about your seats, furthermore I found when leaving the concert I would have had to leave the concert venue to even get to the box office. I contacted [redacted] the next day and they had me contact the [redacted] Box Office. I spoke to Ann one of the people in charge. I said I think that was poor of the [redacted] to not seat people where they paid tickets. I requested to her that since I could only see part of the show I would like a 50% refund of the tickets. She said the seating chart isn't a guarantee of where you are sitting. And that since I didn't complain to the box office no refund would be given.Desired Settlement: I tried in good faith to deal with the [redacted]grounds requesting a refund of 50% which in my eyes was a reasonable request. I purchased tickets based on a location that they provided and they did not provide tickets in that location. Now since in good faith they refused to negotiate a refund I am requesting the refund of the full ticket price for both , as the ability to hear and watch all 3 concert acts was greatly diminished by the venues choice to not abide by their own seating chart
