I spoke to the wholesaler that supplies to this gas station and he should be sending me gift cards totaling $15 and he also was trying to tell me that I received my full gas but I know what happen and I will never go to that gas station again and I'm spreading the word to each and every person I know.

Review: On 05/13/13 I bought diesel fuel from station 36 in hatboro pa and the diesel fuel was contaiminated with water and gook. It ruined my chipper, and necessitated a 4000 repair. The diesel was sold with water and they knew there was a problem with the pump according to [redacted] the only attendant who ran the place, and sold it anyway.

I have confirmation of he damages from water, and a confirmation from the attendant who runs the station the fuel was contaiminated bc the filters were old. I have a recording, ud love to hear., legally obtained.

I simply asked them to make good on the repair, then I was forced to rent a chipper while mine was repaired and they deny responsibility which is pathetic.Desired Settlement: I want the repair paid for and the rental I had to pay paid, and an acknowledgement they were wrong in selling me this crap

Review: On 4/2/14 I went to this gas station with a $25 gift card, I swiped the card and began to pump my gas. The pump stopped at $11.83 I went into the gas station to tell the cashier what happen and he told me that he would place $13.17 back onto my card so he asked me to swipe the card at his register and I said to him are you sure this would work, so it did I went back outside to pump the rest of the gas the pump stated at$11.83 when I began to pump and only went to $2 to the $13.17 amount and stopped again I went back inside to tell them they came outside and seen it but began to tell me that human makes mistakes not computers. I'm owe $13.17 worth of gas.Desired Settlement: Another gift card.

April 25, 2014Dear Representative of Metro Revdex.com,This is a response to a letter received from Revdex.com regarding a Complaint against us. The Complaint was submitted on 4/5/2014 and Complaint ID is [redacted].Regarding this matter, we did explain the process of fueling to customer on the day of event. However, Customer was refused to listen and continued to cause seen at the site.Explanation of her transaction: Customer had swiped her card outside on pump and started fueling. For some reason fueling stopped at $11.83. This could be number of reasons, for example; Customer did not set the nozzle right in her gas tank or her tank might have some air due to low in fuel. Once pump had stopped, Customer put the: nozzle back in the slot, which finalized the sale amount to $11.83. Hence, Customer came in complaining regarding having $25 in her gift card, but only received $11.83. We offered to process a transaction for remaining money from inside. So we authorized the pump from inside for $13.17 with her gift card, which registered the pump for new sale for remaining amount As the customer lifted the nozzle the new sale started fueling. Once the nozzle is set back in its slot, pump automatically goes back to Zero, ready to register new sale. Her understanding was that the pump started from $11.83 and ended with $13.17, which is technically impossible. Customer did fuel the full amount of $11.83 as outside sale and for $13.17 as inside sale.Further evidence can be provided if requested regarding Customer's sale. Please email us at [redacted] for any further inquiries regarding this complain.Warm regards,
