I have come to an agreement with Lehigh Valley appliances? They have agreed to replace my refrigerator with a model similar to the one I purchased in the same price range? The correct price we actually paid was $295, as it was incorrectly listed in my claim filed at $dollars? I would like to retract my previous complaint and have listed it as resolved.? Thank you,?

We have tried on several occasions to correct the situation with this clientShe is very rude and unwilling to work something outShe has come into the store on several occasions as well as called and has done nothing but curse, yell, told them to shut up as well as hang up on my staffWhen we sell our appliances we check them to make sure they are in working order and offer a day warranty that offer repairs on any issuesShe purchased the unit in September of 2016, after about days she started having issues with the refrigerator not cooling and We determined it needed refrigerantWe put gas in the fridge and it was cooling appropriatelyAbout days later we received a nasty call from the customer stating she was having issuesWhen we stated that she didn't need to speak to the staff in that tone she said that was the way she spoke to everyoneWe again went to fix the refrigerator at this point we weren't sure if it was leak of some kindWe again added refrigerant because the compressor was working normallyAt this point the refrigerator was again workingWhen she complained that the refrigerator was still not working properly a few weeks later we agreed to a replacement.I explained to her that we did have a similar one in the same price rangeShe rejected that refrigerator because she wanted a more expensive one priced at $for free.I am enclosing the receipt that clearly shows she paid $dollars for her refrigerator not $as indicated by her claimThe one she wanted was significantly newer refrigerator and was on sale for $dollars(Non Sale price was $949)She was cursing and yelling in the showroom stating if we did not give her this refrigerator for free she would sue us.I was willing to give her that one at a loss of over $dollars if she gave me an additional $dollarsThis was a compromise where we could meet in the middleWe also offered her to replace her refrigerator as soon as we received another similar model that would be to her liking which would have been a week or twoWe were willing to keep adding gas to her existing refrigerator or perform any repairs at no cost until we could make the exchangeAll offers were met with a rude rejection from the customerI explained to her that since we have a no refund policy these were the best options available.Used appliances sometimes have issues and we are always willing to come to an equitable solutionAs a small businessman I can not give a client a replacement unit that it times more expensive that what I sold themI have tried to come to a fair solution but this customer has done nothing but abuse me and my staff verbally all the while stubbornly refusing to come to any type of solution other than what she is demanding which I can not do.Sincerely,Ramon TOwner

We have tried on several occasions to correct the situation with this client. She is very rude and unwilling to work something out. She has come into the store on several occasions as well as called and has done nothing but curse, yell, told them to shut up as well as hang up on my staff. When we...

sell our appliances we check them to make sure they are in working order and offer a 90 day warranty that offer repairs on any issues. She purchased the unit in September of 2016, after about 30 days she started having issues with the refrigerator not cooling and We determined it needed refrigerant. We put gas in the fridge and it was cooling appropriately. About 30 days later we received a nasty call from the customer stating she was having issues. When we stated that she didn't need to speak to the staff in that tone she said that was the way she spoke to everyone. We again went to fix the refrigerator at this point we weren't sure if it was leak of some kind. We again added refrigerant because the compressor was working normally. At this point the refrigerator was again working. When she complained that the refrigerator was still not working properly a few weeks later we agreed to a replacement.I explained to her that we did have a similar one in the same price range. She rejected that refrigerator because she wanted a more expensive one priced at $849 for free.I am enclosing the receipt that clearly shows she paid $295 dollars for her refrigerator not $450 as indicated by her claim. The one she wanted was significantly newer refrigerator and was on sale for $849 dollars(Non Sale price was $949). She was cursing and yelling in the showroom stating if we did not give her this refrigerator for free she would sue us.I was willing to give her that one at a loss of over $250 dollars if she gave me an additional $300 dollars. This was a compromise where we could meet in the middle. We also offered her to replace her refrigerator as soon as we received another similar model that would be to her liking which would have been a week or two. We were willing to keep adding gas to her existing refrigerator or perform any repairs at no cost until we could make the exchange. All offers were met with a rude rejection from the customer. I explained to her that since we have a no refund policy these were the best options available.Used appliances sometimes have issues and we are always willing to come to an equitable solution. As a small businessman I can not give a client a replacement unit that it 2.5 times more expensive that what I sold them. I have tried to come to a fair solution but this customer has done nothing but abuse me and my staff verbally all the while stubbornly refusing to come to any type of solution other than what she is demanding which I can not do.Sincerely,Ramon T.
