Lehigh Valley Family Motosports Park

Review: LV Motosports Park opened over the summer of 2013. I went opening day and purchased a riding pass for one year for $400. That weekend was the last weekend the park was open for operation. I was told by [redacted] that he would issue me a refund as the park was no longer able to be open for business due to lack of township clearance. The refund amount was supposed to be for $360...the yearly pass fee minus the $40 daily rate of riding for the one day I was able to ride. I've been calling and emailing [redacted] since June of 2013 and keep getting excuses as to why I have to wait for my refund. Now he will not answer or respond to my phone calls or messages. Basically this is theft and I am also about to file a civil suit against [redacted] and the park. I am demanding my refund of $360 ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want a refund check sent to my house in the amount of $360 that I owed for services I paid for that cannot be rendered.
