Express Care Bartonsville
went in to have right knee checked. Lady at windiow said that they don't have xray so if doctor wants xray I have to go behinds dicks sporting Goods have it done there. Then goto to express carre wait to get seen by doctor again. (Wait in line all over again).
You want a person with bad knee to goto this other place. This does not make sense to me.

I've decided to move all my family over to St Lukes. bye Bye LVHN

Keeps sending bills and having lawyers and collections come after me for bills that do not belong to me! I have never been to your stupid health network! I did not live in the state of PA during these bills! I have disputed this last May and had them removed on my credit report, only to have you come after me yet again! I have reached my anger point with you, and am getting a lawyer to come after you, collections and the lawyers you sent the bills to who also disregard what I said about the bills not being mine! Quit coming after me! That is harassment and fraud!

Appointment Scheduling Complaint
I made an appointment by calling the 800 number that was provided to me. Which was a call center. I scheduled the appointment for a consultation for surgery forsevere carpal tunnel in both hands, and was scheduled 2 weeks out to an office in Allentown PA, orthopedics. The day of the appointment, which I am an hour away from, I was on my way there and I received a notification that my appointment was canceled. I was furious. I drove the rest of the way there and was told that my appointment was canceled because the person that scheduled it, scheduled it with a doctor that doesn't take my ins.?!?! First of all, this is a huge inconvenience because of my driving arrangements but I am in severe pain and needing this surgery and now I had to schedule an appointment another month out just for a consultation. I am beyond furious and not happy at all with this. I don't know what can be done about this but I really don't want to wait this long to get another appt. Rhianna Miller [email protected]
