On the week of February 22, I went to Lehigh Valley Jewelry Exchange to change out a battery from my wife's watch The sales person informed that the battery wasn't the problem, instead it needed repair She stated that "her repair person" wasn't in that day So, I left the watch with her She informed me she will call me once it was fixed
At my second visit, she said she didn't remember which of three repair shops she sent it to She would call all three and get back to me This is the first time I hear she had repair shops she worked with
At my third visit, she said returned the call and said they didn't have it The third apparently was out for another week
At my fourth visit, she still had not heard back and told me she would replace it At my fifth visit, I called the cops and filed a report
