"hospitality".For over years we have built our business by “word of mouth marketing" and bybuilding a repeat guest base, so we do our very best to take care of each and every patronas if they were a gtiest in our homelt is never our intention to short change a guest or doanything that would make a poor impressionUnfortunately, the reality is that we can'tplease everyone 100% of the time.The issue that this guest refers to wasactually researched in advance of receiving yourletterWe did fail to meet her expectations on two occasions, and our Guest RelationsManager's records indicate that the gift cards promised to her were mailedWhen theguest contacted us again in October to complain that she never received the gift cards, wedid look further into the situation to ensure that we handled it properlyWe validated thatthe cards were sent out and we further researched the issues that prompted the complaint.At that time, we noticed that several of the facts provided by the guest contradicted orchanged each time she spoke with someone differentShe had given us several differentnames and at least two addressesThere were other detailsethat did not quite add upwhich prompted us to believe that her complaints were unsubstantiated.Again, l apologize for the late response and for this inconvenienceI hope you understandthat it was not our intent to provide a less than "WOW' experience for this guestWealways do our best to go above and beyond to make every guest “better for being here".Thank you and please feel free toreach out to me with questions.Scott L***Executive General; ManagerLehigh Valley Restaurant, Group
