In as much as I feel bad the position ** *** is inI have to remind all of us about the Sales Manager trying to persuade ** *** into a *** *** with lower miles SIMPLY BECAUSE there was warranty left** *** was adamant in his position to purchase the *** will not cover the warranty based on the fact that the vehicle is out of warrantyAlso, we have signed documention from *** *** with "N/A" under ***, WARRANTY and *** ***His signature acknowledges he doesn't have these coveragesBill S***

This is in response to the situation ** *** experienced 4/14/Keeping in mind Lehighton ***, whether on or off premise, continuously strives for customer satisfaction, sometimes doesn't meet eye to
eye with all customersWe will always try to make every situation right for both sides so that every unpleasant experience can be amicably resolved
Having said thatBrian has not been through one of these off-premise events, so he probably was being sincere by saying all cars are at the eventWe stagger the mail so we are not inundated with customers the first dayMost important, our disclaimer on the bottom of every flyer states "VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE"We must do this as a result of the time between printing and actual sale datesLastly, the Pacifica was sold but I cannot divulge that information to protect customers privacy rights
I will always work with all customers regarding credit, budget and vehiclesIf MsLicina wants to spend $on a vehicle, I'm sure we can help her find exactly what she is looking for

I am rejecting this response because:
 I was not offered an extended warranty because it showed there was the remainder of the factory warranty. I was not told the factory warranty was only good for 60,000 miles. If I had known this I would have purchased an extended warranty due to the fact the vehicle I purchased already had 59,035 miles on it. I was brought to the understanding the vehicle still had a good long warranty. I had tried to resolve this through [redacted] first but they refused to cover it due to the fact that Lehighton [redacted] had removed the oil pan at one time and [redacted] would not be responsible since the engine had been opened and possibly had internal work done.

 It is our standard operating procedure to offer our customers the option to purchase an extended warranty.  The customer has...

the option to decline.  In addition, the advertised factory warranty 10 yrs/100,000 miles  being referred to is clearly stated to be on all NEW [redacted] vehicles.   [redacted] purchased a 2010 [redacted].

This is in response to [redacted] being overcharged for her purchase on 12/16/13
Just to clarify the logistics of the transaction. She financed $16,973, which includes tax,...

tags and licensing along with her GAP insurance and Bumper-Bumper warranty from 3,000 miles to 37,900 miles. Those totaled $2,750.
My total cost for the car was $14,352. My profit on the car was $646. Certainly a little different then $19,973 and $4200 in insurance. 
Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, I would not **. [redacted] to feel we were "shady". We want all our customers to be in a safe reliable vehicle at the payment they are comfortable in. Both **. [redacted] and her husband initialed a consent to buy at $389 per month.

Review: I bought a used vehicle from them with 59,miles on itThey stated it had the remainder of the factory warranty covering itThe engine has blown out of it and now they are saying the warranty was only good till 60,milesThe car now has 69,milesI passed the warranty miles within the first month of owning the carI was never offered any extended warranty nor was I told the factory warranty was only good for 5yrs/60,milesMost of their warranties advertised are for 10yrs/100,milesThe vehicle is a [redacted] and they never should have let me go knowing the warranty was only good for less then 1,miles when I purchased itI have tried going through [redacted] and the Revdex.com Auto Line but neither will cover the repair so I was advised to file a complaint against the selling dealership.Desired Settlement: I would like for my vehicle to be repaired at no cost to me or to be traded another working vehicle

Review: Lehighton Kia has shaddy employies they over charged me on a car they lied about the price they told us we were only approved for one car on the lot,they told us our payments would only be $200.00 per month and they are $390.00 per month they will not return my phone calls they also told us we had to purchase $4200.00 in extra insuranceDesired Settlement: I want them to refund us the money they over charged us
