Lehman Volvo

They have a great rep. thats wonderful. In the case of a woman close to me they simply will not resolve a problem with her Volvo which is still under warrenty. It has stopped running on occasion, will not start on occasion and they have had everyone in house and out of house try to repair and can not. They gave her a loaner and thats great, but it does not fit her needs. A car that will, they will not make a deal with her and refuse to take this issue seriously. Thats the way it certainly appears. After months, yes months of her being sweet and patient, she has been forced by them to seek an attorneys advice and will pursue it. Why this has gone on for these many weeks is beyond me, and most importantly her. Don't they have access to every Volvo on the East coast? Having been around for awhile, I just don't see this kind of service to be of any help to their great rep. I hope someone there reads this and does something about it. According to what I have seen she must be the only person to ever have a complaint with this Volvo/car dealer therefor it should not be hard for them to figure out what to do. Thank you.
