Review: I used the service from Lehmann pool in Johnstown, PA for winterizing pool and hot tub and paid $524.66 on 10-13-2015. I found out that pipe is frozen and cracked on hot tub about a week ago. Contacted the person who winterized. He said it was previously captured moisture that cracked pipe and he is not responsible for that. He said he will charge me $80 for taking a look. First of all, hot tub was working fine until it was closed/winterized last year. If there was trapped moisture, it is his responsibility to remove it when he winterized it. I couldn't have any further reasonable communication with this crazy person and decided to ask help from Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want it to be repaired.

Review: I am new to spas and the spa I bought had a leaking shaft seal and bad impeller. so I decided to patronize my local dealer. also thinking I would have better service from someone local.so I went to Noren Pools and Spas to order a complete wet end rather than just buying a seal for ($9.89)I figured it would be better to start out with brand new wet end.I took my complete motor and wet end to help with them ordering a new one. they said no problem it will be here on tues (I order it on a friday) than got a call said it will not be in till following tue. I was ok with that things happen. finnally got the pump in. brought it home and installed it very easy to install. only to find that the shaft seal was leaking.called them and had to make a trip up there to see what they could do. they put a new seal in.it leaked also so they pull and reseated the seal and fill it with water seemed ok. brought back home install the system again. and bam leaking again with no use of spa yet.I was by this time getting upset. went back up with the wetend to have it replaced. the owner was reluctant to help me.just handed me papers to fill out.that I had no clue on what to do.and pay shipping back to [redacted] spas in california where he bought it from. I called them and they said I had to have a invoice that it was bought from. the owner of the pool place never gave me. so I had to go back and get that invoice. I also had to pay shipping out and back. the place he bought it from has yet to send it back to me. I just think it very negiligent of a owner of a place of bussniessto just let a customer out to dry like that. with no help. if I buy a part anywhere else I just take it back and they take care of it. very poor service. and so far it seems I might be out $144.52 plus $14.00 to ship it back.and of same coming back.Desired Settlement: I think they should refund my money and let them deal with the place they got it from.it just not right the way I was treated. I normally am a easy going person but this is way beyond a person's ablitly to not get upset. I would be ashamed to treat people like that.how would you feel if you just bought something brand new and it did not work and the owner basically just shrugs you off and makes you try and return the part.from a place he bought from with your money? go figure..
