attached the build sheet for the specific vehicle purchased by Mr. [redacted], which clearly shows that the vehicle was built with the H.D. Trailering equipment. We cannot verify the content of any verbal discussions Mr. [redacted] had with his sales consultant. However, we do stand behind all advertising and written contracts. I have included a copy of the advertisement that formed the basis of our sale to Mr. [redacted]. Given Mr. [redacted]'s dissatisfaction with the towing capacity of the vehicle, we have offered to repurchase or take Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle in on trade at current market value. Since Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle over a year ago and has put additional miles on the vehicle, we cannot justify his request to repurchase the vehicle at the original sale price.

The vehicle I purchased was advertised to have the he towing "Package". The vehicle I purchased has the he trailering equipment installed, but this is only part of the hd trailering package. The package includes the follow
- hd trailering equipment ( the vehicle in question has this)
- 3.42 rear axle ( the vehicle purchased has 3.08 axle)
- integrated trailer brake controller ( not in the vehicle)
-external engine oil cooler ( not in the vehicle)
-Transmission oil cooler ( not in the vehicle )
The hd trailering equipment includes a receiver hitch and the wiring for the receiver. I have multiple links to gmc's website stating the contents of the "package" which does include the trailering equipment as part of it. I do not accept returning the vehicle for less than what I paid, even with added mile ( approximately 7000). I believe Lehmers has falsified advertisements to mislead customers.

Lehmers has offered to take the vehicle in as a trade in at current market value Lehmers quoted $30,000 as our trade in value. Kelley blue book values the vehicle at $33,808 trade in value in good condition (according to kbb's requirements the vehicle is actually "very good"). Kbb prices the vehicle at $37,694 suggested retail price. I paid over $41,000 for a vehicle that was falsely advertised to have components that it does not contain. I believe Lehmers must concede and pay me current market suggested retail price. At $37,694 I am meeting Lehmers half way in between kbb's trade in value and the price I paid. I believe that is more than fair considering that Lehmers lied in person and in print to sell this vehicle. Gmc should be ashamed of the way that Lehmers not only lies to customers, but refuses to rectify their wrong doings. This is my final offer. If refused I will have no choice but to pursue this issue through Gmc's corporate office.
