Revdex.com: Actually, the company didn't arrange anythingI did everythingI was never able to reach them so I reached out to the sending floristThey were very kind and issued a refundIt wasn't the sending florist's faultthey just happened to use the wrong florist to send me the bouquet.There is no excuse for sending dead flowersAs a florist, you have one job - send flowers that are alive! Luckily I will never have to deal with Bloomfield Florist ever again.I am accepting their response just to be done with thisIt also shows great customer service that it took them a month to even acknowledge my complaintI hope someone shuts them down.Thank you to the Revdex.com for helping me with my complaint!! Upon checking with the Marketing Company that is offering the discounted stay at Breezy Point Resort we found that Mr [redacted] 's number was called times from 9/28/to 10/27/ a message was left on his answering machine twice with no answering machine the other times At no time did any one answer the phone requesting that no further calls to him be made His name and number has now been put on the internal do not call list Had someone answered and requested no further calls be made that would have been done immediately The program is designed to offer recent past guests of the resort a chance to come back at a discounted price to view our vacation ownership optionsWe regret any inconvenience this may have caused Mr [redacted] , that is certainly not our intentOften times guests enjoy coming back at a reduced rate for another getawaySincerely,Renee [redacted] Director of Vacation Ownership

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concern We apologize that the flowers did not meet your expectations, but we had already arranged with the sending florist to refund the customer that sent the flowers I just spoke with the sending florist and they confirmed that the refund
was processed

The arrangement was made and delivered on the requested dateWe verified directly with the delivery driver that the arrangement was left at the recipient's door which is standard procedure when someone is not home or not answering
It
appears the arrangement was taken by a 3rd party from the recipient's doorstep which is probably easy to do since it was an apartment building
However since the recipient did not sign for the flowers personally, We decided to refund the customer in full on August 18th, The credit will appear back to the customer's account within business days
