Review: My mother took her draperies for cleaning. When returned, they were unusable; they shrank unevenly, up to 4 inches in some places, and almost everywhere the lining hung down below the drapes. The ends shrank the most and were upturned. My mother had to replace them. She visited the business a few days after the drapes were rehung to tell them, but they did not offer her any recourse. I wrote a letter on her behalf and sent several photographs, requesting they refund her the $125 cleaning fee since the job was so poorly done. After three weeks, we have not received a reply.Desired Settlement: Please refund my mother's $125 cleaning fee.

I previously submitted a complaint(# [redacted]) on behalf of my mother,which was considered closed on 9/24/14 because [redacted] offered to refund my mother her payment. However, that promise was made several weeks ago and she has not been contacted or received a check. Please reopen the complaint because they have not kept their word.
