We used Always professional in moving and had an incident where the hardware was missing on our expensive bedframeThe bed was not put together immediately because we replaced the carpet in the bedroomWe did sign their paperwork indicating we were satisfied with everything I emailed them about the problem and did not get a response for a week or soThen I called and they could not give me an answer about what they did with the hardwareWe had another bed with hardware in a baggie, no problemI asked to talk to the crew chief but was deniedAll we really wanted to do was resolve the problemThen they promised to come out and look at the bedframe to see if they could replace the hardware, but never showed upThese were the only items missing from the whole houseAt that point I gave up on them

Ray quoted us a price months before our moveWe showed Ray both our personal belongings and our business items that needed to be moved, including two pallets of unopened herbs and two refrigeratorsOnce we found a place to move we asked him to come and give us an updated quoteHe said there was no need to because quotes are good for monthsOnce his crew arrived the packing began, but they didn't pack all of our items, including hanging clothes; we were asked to do that ourselvesThey only spent hours packing usFurniture was not wrapped in moving blankets, instead it was shrink-wrappedLateral files were moved upside down and all of our files ended up all mixed up; we had to refile the contents of all three lateral filesOn move day not everything was placed where it should have been placed in the new homeWe were told that they would be back the next day, at an additional $per hour for people and hours to unpack usIn addition we were charged an added amount of $for the initial move, we which gladly paid without argumentThe next day? No one arrived to unpack usWe called and spoke to Ray and he told us "We had taken advantage of their good nature and now we would have to pay $per hour for unpack." We were left to move heavy palletsThis was not acceptable as my husband is a heart patient and I am legally disabledRay was rude and misrepresented his company's serviceWe were told that if we left a negative review he would sue usReviews are supposed to be left, positive or negative so that others can make educated decisions about the companies they do business with
