Good afternoon, This is a follow up email for case # *** The homeowner called our Customer Service Department this morning, January 31, 2017, in response to the email sent to the Revdex.com yesterdayHe told our Customer Service representative that the two phone
calls he did not receive responses to were not made to Mainscape’s Customer Service Department but to one of our delivery team members on his propertyThe homeowner said the delivery team member had left a phone number on a door hanger for a past requestThis is the number the homeowner was callingOur Customer Service representative explained to the homeowner that all calls for new requests should be made to our Customer Service Department, not the delivery teamMainscape has set up the Customer Service Department and a refined computer system to track each request from the homeownersThis is explained to the property managers when we start a contracted location, and they are responsible for explaining this to the residents In addition to clarifying what number to use for all future calls, our Customer Service representative also entered a new request in our system for the tree trimming at this homeowner’s propertyThe delivery team will be completing this request in the next three to five business daysAny follor questions for this request should also come to the Customer Service Department Thank you, and have a wonderful day!
