Review: I contacted Ms. Desiree initially to get styling suggestions for my personal wardrobe. We met in December 2013 and agreed that we would work together and I made a payment that I thought would be a pay as you go. I didnt meet with Ms. Desiree after that meeting in December. She contacted me and I told her that timing was off and I was very very busy and will will have to meet at a later date in the future. Little did I know that she would be charging my credit card monthly! I didn't realize this until March 2014 and I contacted her immediately. She did cancel my automatic payments and refund the last $100 payment but she has refused to refund the other $200 for "her investment". She has never even taken a measurement and we haven't met or talked since December 2013. I asked for the $200 and she refused to issue a refund. We DO NOT have a contract and Ms. Desiree never stated that I would be billed monthly!Desired Settlement: I requesed a refund and Ms. Desiree has refused so I have no other choice but to file a claim in small claims court if I do not receive a refund.

I offered her a service that I provide to many clients which is what we call the "Diva Savings Club". The DSC provides an easy payment plan to afford the wardrobe of your dreams on a budget set by the client. This person agreed to pay $100 per month as an investment into her wardrobe. We set appointment to begin discussing her needs which she cancelled. I sent numerous reminders to reschedule but she insisted that she did not have time at the moment and would get back to me later. 3 months later she calls me saying that she did not know she would be billed automatically and she would like to stop the payments. So I promptly returned the payment she made that day and stopped all future payments. Although clients can stop the payments at any time the DSC is nonrefundable. She currently has $300 credit which she can use at anytime she chooses to make a selection. She does not have to come in she can simply make a selection from the website and send me an email. I will send her any garments which are exchangeable. Her complaint to me is she does not have time, but time is not an issue here. My location is within a 2 mile radius of hers. She actually has to pass me on her way home daily. She does not have to come in she can make her request by email from my website. I offer in home services I will be happy to come to her location to provide service. The client has said to me she has time and money to go to court but no time to make the wardrobe selections that she pursued me for and agreed to.Sincerely
