About a month ago, *** *** had telephoned our office and indicated that an area of wall was not done and she could see x4’sThis information was relayed to our installer, Brad, who has managed this projectHe reported that per his conversations with *** ***, someone else was going to hang and finish the drywallSince the customer wanted this done, Brad, on his own time and with his own money, purchased drywall and hung the drywall for the customerAt that point, our office thought our portion of the job was completed until we received a letter from the Revdex.comAfter receiving your letter, Brad, on this own time has purchased corner bead and spackling and has finished the drywall in that area
While our company was under the impression that the customer was going to take care of the drywall and finishing, our installer has spent his own time and money to go above and beyond to satisfy this customer
While we are apologetic for any misunderstanding, if our office had been aware of the customer’s expectations, we would never have left this go on so long without being resolved
