Review: On November 24, 2014 I purchased a pair of hunting boots from this business. They were made by Itacsa. They were supposed to be waterproof. After having worn them hunting less than ten times my feet started to get wet. I purchased the boots with my credit card. I went to try and return them today, and they refuse to recredit my credit card. They said they would replace them, or I could look for something the same price or more, but they wouldn't have it taken off my credit card. There were no other boots there that I was interested in, and I certainly didn't want another pair of the ones like I had purchased. However, the clerk refused to have them taken off my card. He said if they did that it would be like giving away a free pair of boots. I don't understand his reasoning, but I ended up having to take back home a pair of boots that leak, as I was not going to try another pair of them. Any assistance you can give me on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited for the $69.98 that I paid for these boots.

We have since contacted the customer and the two of us have come to a mutual agreement. The

customer, at his convenience, will bring the boots back to our store. Upon receiving the boots back, we

will refund the purchase price back to his credit card.
