This information was relayed to our installer, Brad, who has managed this project. He reported that per his conversations with [redacted], someone else was going to hang and finish the drywall. Since the customer wanted this done, Brad, on his own time and with his own money, purchased drywall and hung the drywall for the customer. At that point, our office thought our portion of the job was completed until we received a letter from the Revdex.com. Review: This business was hired through [redacted] to do a backplash in our home in January of 2015. After this job was done, we contracted this business to do flooring work as well as demolish and finish a wall in our home. The flooring is now done, but where the wall was ripped out is still left unfinished; it is now June of 2015. We have made multiple attempts to contact the business regarding the person doing the job and nothing has been done. We have been in contact with the person doing the job also on multiple occasions in which he stated he would be out to our home to finish the job and has yet to do so. He either makes up excuses as to why he cannot make it or simply does not show up without any notice. Today is Wednesday, and we have been expecting him to come finish our job since last Thursday. We have already paid for the work that needs done and are tired of dealing with this. This is not the first time that he said he would come finish his job and we have been trying to get him to come since before Easter.Desired Settlement: The reason this complaint is being filed is to either get the business's attention so our work will get done and they take us seriously or we get a refund for the unfinished business. We would also like others to know how irresponsible and unprofessional this business is and how they treat their customers.
