I was at my wits end when I found Leisure LawnAnother lawn care company had totally destroyed my lawnThey used the wrong chemicals and burned (killed) about 2/3rds of my yardThey took no responsibility even after the tech admitted to killing itI found Leisure Lawn and they spent a lot of time talking to me and figuring out a plan to get my yard backThey worked with meThey never made me feel hurried or unimportantThey spend as much time with me as I need to feel comfortable with our next stepI have a beautiful yard again thanks to themVery professional and Mark really cares about my lawn as much as I doGreat company
I signed up for lawn treatment last year, starting mid-summer till the end of the season It was a combination of fertilizer and weed control I have also included lawn aeration and seeding Now my lawn is looks nothing like a mess Visible baldy spots and weeds are everywhere I am basically back from where I started It was a total waste of time and money
I used Leisure Lawn at my home. When they called me and I agreed to try them I explained I wanted 4 treatments ONLY and I did NOT want any calls for additional services or treatments...plain and simple I didn't want calls! They assured me. Well....immediately I could tell that was a lie! I started getting calls to tell me they would be out the next day (who cares....just do your job!) then I got calls for more services. And then calls to set up prepayment for the next year. I cancelled them! And...a year later after numerous requests to be removed from their call list telling them it was because of the calls...I am STILL getting calls. They were RUDE when I explained I was done being nice. Admittedly, I was not kind this last call, but what does it take to get the hint after monthly calls that I'M NOT INTERESTED. I don't even own the property any longer! AND IF I DID I WOULD NEVER EVER USE LEISURE LAW. The service was lackluster also the sales people and office staff are the worst. No other service HARASSES you like they do -- and I've used a few. TAKE A HINT, WILL YOU????
Ive been gettin Great Service and have been pleased with the results. I have lawn care and pest cotrol. The Mgr I speak with is Matt, he listens to my concerns and makes suggestions, but I choose the services I want and how often I need them. If, by chance, I dont see the results I expect after 10 days I simply call and its repeated at no additional cost. I havent needtd to have this done often, maybe once I think. I am Really Pleased.
