I have attached an email stating that they were weeks out for installationTo us it meant they would be installing in that time frameThree months later and still no word from them except a partial deposit because of restocking feesRestocking what? They never even knew when they were going to do the workI have all of the emails and feel that we were not a big project so they just kept bypassing us so that is the reason we would like our full deposit backThank you!

When the contract was signed and returned to us the costumer was told we were weeks out on installsMeaning it would be at least weeks before their fence would be installedOur customers get put in line as their agreements come into our office and we get to each one as we complete the one before itOur restocking fee is for the material purchase in preparation for this job and processing all paperwork related to this jobThe *** withheld for cancellation of the project, is per the agreement that was signed by this client

I'm not sure I understandThere is a limit of two trips per fence installation? Also any issues that arise four months later will not be recognized? Per your website our fence is covered under the warranty as well so I'm not sure why this is not being honored
We did not notice the issues we brought up recently because they weren't noticeable at the timeThe fence apparently is becoming misaligned only four months later as we didn't see at the time and that is poor construction in my opinionThe gap in the gate we just noticed because we've been super busySorry we did not noticeI don't think that means it doesn't qualify as a legitimate issue that should be addressedAs mentioned in the complaint, when we were calling to say we had issues it was very painful for usAdam makes us feel like we're putting him outNot once did he come out to talk with us about the issues, it was always a foremanIf anything happens within a short amount of time after the fence installation I would think they should be willing to addressAt this point I'd just like money back in order to pay someone else to fix the issuesI think $is reasonableThank you

The standard warranty on all wood fence installed by Gleave Construction is one year on the labor and 15 years on the wood...

against rot and decay. Any natural act of God is not covered in the warranty. The minimum charge for labor on any fence job is $450.00. Mr. [redacted] was told that the miniomum labor charge would be $450.00 to repair the post. Mrs.[redacted] also told him that since it was a repair that we would do the job on a time basis and that it is $50.00 per man per hour when completed this way. She told him that it should be between $200-$300.00 if done on a time basis. Mr. Hegerfield wanted a written estimate so Mrs. [redacted] wrote up an estimate that reflected a price of $400.00. This was to let the Hegerfields know that the most it would cost would be $400.00 to replace the two post in case any problems were experienced while replacing the post. The charge was for the labor only. No charge was being made for the post. Mr. [redacted] said that he would like to pick up the post and that he would replace them himself. He came to our office and picked up the post and was not charged for the post.
Gleave Construction would be willing to replace the post for Mr. Heferfield however it would cost $50.00 per man per hour for the labor cost involved in the replacement of the post.
OFFER:
Replacement of the post on a time basis not to exceed $200.00 for the cost of labor.
