Leisure Pass Group Reviews (%countItem)

I was supposed to travel this year for my honeymoon but because of the Covid-19 pandemic my trip was unfortunately cancelled. I had bought 2 x 10 day NY passes. This cost me over $1000AUD. I now can't afford to travel within the time that they have given for an extension of my pass. The pandemic has ruined me. And after being in contact with them nearly everyday for the past 3 weeks they have told me on more than 4 occasions that my refund would be granted within 5 to 7 business days. It has now been 3 weeks and still nothing. They have just been lying to me so I would leave it alone but I can't do that because it's my hard earned money for a service in which they did not provide.

We are able to refund this order. However, as the order is older, we would need your banking account details where the refund will go back to. Please send this to ***. Thank you so much.

I have already sent them my banking details. They are just giving me the run around yet again. They are lying to you to cover themselves. If they look at earlier correspondence they will see my banking details. You will note the date that I sent that email to them with my banking detail as 07//2020

We purchased two San Diego Go Passes on December *, 2019 for a vacation scheduled to California in March of 2020. Due to Covid 19 and the national pandemic of everything being closed, our trip was cancelled and we cannot get a refund for our passes that cost $474.30.

The company stated that their refund/return policy is 30 days from purchase date...however, we had no idea of the upcoming pandemic back in December that would affect our travel plans and cause us to cancel our trip. Our other trip reservations, airline, vrbo rental, car rental were also purchased at the same time through other travel companies and they all were able to refund us for our expenses even though they had similar 30 day policies but they made exceptions due to Covid 19.

We have no plans of being able to travel to California in the near future from Minnesota and would like to be refunded for the passes, which are of no use to us and the attractions they were for are all closed due to Covid 19 as well. Thank you.

Good day, Our team has reviewed your refund request. We are very sorry we are unable to issue a refund for your order. Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation within the 30-day window from the date of purchase. Once purchased, you can take up to a year to use your pass. Our team recognizes that many customers bought their passes well in advance of their specific travel dates, and many attractions have temporarily closed due to COVID-19. As a result, we are now allowing all customers to extend their passes for up to 2 years. You can even change the city your pass is validfor with no extra charge. We certainly regret we are not able to refund your order, but we do hope this will provide clarity to this matter.Sincerely,LPG Management Team

I purchased two Go City passes to New York City in. January for a trip we booked in April. The pandemic hit in March at full force, travel was restricted and cancelled, and all sites and things to do in the city closed. The tickets were good for 1 year, so I rescheduled my flights for September of 2020. At this time New York has implemented a rule that travelers from my state, UT, Must go on a 14 day quarantine upon arrival to the city. This negates the entire trip as I cant possibly take more time than that from work in this economic environment. I have requested a refund since rescheduling is no longer a valid option. Upon that request this company told me that they have a 30 day return policy, and that they have extended their one year policy, so that my passes may now be good for two years. If the ticket limit policy can be changed then the refund policy can certainly be changed. This is in incredibly poor taste and insensitive to the global pandemic we all currently face.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is totally unsatisfactory to me and the matter has not been resolved. But I am sick of dealing with automated responses on repeat. This company is the most lucrative group of ss I have ever seen. After this experience I'll scream from the rooftops to anyone going to a major tourist city not to use your services.

Sincerely

I ordered “Go City” passes for a vacation to Los Angeles. These passes were purchased in February for a vacation in June. Obviously the vacation was canceled. This company now refuses to refund my money despite the reason for the cancellation being beyond my control.

I bought our New York Passes 2 months before our date of travel because they had a sale going on on their website. When the Covid crisis started, we were not allowed to travel to the USA anymore. We were already out of our 30 day refund, so I had to wait till they announced what they were gonna do with their customers.
They told me they extended the passes and are not giving refunds. Now I know from other costumers that they randomly refund people (people who are also out of the refund window). I think this is discrimination, they should pay everyone back or no one!

I bought 4 Dublin Passes and was told to contact the main Leisure pass group in the US but was unable to get through. I bought the dublin pass and the trip was canceled due to COVID 19. Even if I were somehow able to get to Ireland, all the things the pass is good for is closed. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.
