This is not an issue of the hot tub being out of warranty? I am not asking for a refund for the hot tub.I was told by the representative of the company that based on the hot tub being out of warranty, I should purchase the pump before the service call to save an $dollar service fee for an additional trip if the pump was the issue? She said I could return the pump if that was not the issue and that was the case when the service call was completed? The pump in the hot tub was working properly.I was told I could return the pump if the service call showed a pump was not the issue? I did that within days of purchasing the pump? It has never been used nor "tinkered with"? If I could not return the pump, why would I spend $just to avoid a $service fee for a second service call? That makes no sense at all? This business is not being honest with the Revdex.com or it's customer.? ?

First, My name is Mr*** so I am not sure if you do not know your customer base or you are referring to someone else Second, you are a dishonest business owner and I am not backing down on my complaint Businesses like yours that do not care about the customer and entice them to buy a product or service with information should not be in business.You are not even willing to work with me, you don't know my name and you continue to tell a story that is untrue As I said before, no one would spend $without a diagnosis of the problem just to save $on a service fee charge from a technician without a guarantee the part could be returned if not needed.If that is how you conduct business, then I feel sorry for you and the Lewis Center community' reputation.
