Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept Leisure Tech's response to the complaint Regardless of their inability to clean the pool correctly, which is an entirely different issue, the problem is the tile work was not finished properlyYes, they replaced tiles, however, they did not grout the tiles that were replaced When I hired them to do the job, I expected the work be done 100% I did not notice this until the tile fell off and I was on my hand and knees looking at the completed jobThis is when I became unsatisfied with the tile, which I think anyone would when you pay for something and don't get what you paid for I expected the job to be completed to look like the rest of the pool, which it wasn't, so I want to be reimbursed Since there is no grout, water is getting behind the tiles and I have to pay someone to redo the jobKeep in mind, these tiles are ABOVE the water and have nothing to do with the maintenance/cleaning of the pool The only time water gets on them is when the waterfalls are on, which they weren't when the pool was cloudy because we were unable to swim in it*** is trying to make it sound like the tiles were falling off b/c of of poor pool maintenance and that is not the caseAdditionally, I told *** I was happy to pay his outstanding bill, however, I wanted the cost of the tile work credited to the account which I believed was fairAfter telling me no, I told him that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and would comply accordingly All want is the money back for the tile, that's itThe job was not finished I have attached a photo with the grout, and a photo of their repairThese sections are right next to each other in the pool On a side note, since we parted ways with Leisure Tech, our pool has been crystal clear, so I don't believe that our choice of every other week cleanings was ever the problem considering we are still on that maintenance schedule and have been the years we have lived here. *** ***
Sincerely,

Leisure tech Repaired some tiles at the [redacted]’s that had fallen of the raised wall over the winter. We had done this 3 weeks prior to opening of the pool on April 3rd. At that time we told her that the entire area was bad but we could stick the tiles back on. Any shifting or moving others were...

bound to fall off and the right fix would be to retile. At that time this was not what the homeowner wanted to budget for. So we told them we could stick them back on but them or others may fall off in the near future. This I think by memory was acceptable because she had us put them on and paid the bill. The total amount was $216.00. We opened the pool on April 24th.  And this was paid for on 6-7-2017Were the whole problem I believe started was in the maintenance of the pool. We cleaned the pool weekly for 3 weeks in May I told her that we needed her to remove the spa cover for us before we come because it uses a tool we do not carry with us and we could clean the tub also, or we would not be able to do that.Week 4 of May she called and asked us to go to every other week for the maintenance. I told her we would do that but she would have to do  the chemicals on the off week or we could not keep the pool clear only coming every 2 weeks. To be honest sometimes with heat and bather loads weekly can at times give us a cloudy pool we have to work back to clear. Which May cleaning has not been paid for the amount of $523.87 with chemicals that had been delivered to the home.So in June our first skipping weekly my son in law was scheduled to clean the pool that week and we showed up and could not see the bottom (cloudy) no chlorine. He went ahead and treated it to begin the clear up process and I called her. I told her again if she was not going to do anything in the off week we needed to come weekly so she said then lets go back to weekly. I had my son in law go back daily to get pool clear which it did in a few days. I get a call on how dirty the pool was when it cleared and I told her of course we had not been able to vac pool when it was cloudy. My policy has always been for weekly customers to go back daily to clear there pools at no charge no matter why it clouded because I know we are seasonable and need to ready the pool as quickly as we can. Then she emails me with a stop services immediately so we did. And all of a sudden when she does not want service now the tile is unacceptable. I told her sorry I could not reimburse her at this point months had gone by and it was okay and now it is not. She said our tile fell off and I told her it could be or other areas which I said most likely would happen if she did not address it properly.I am sorry we could not keep her as a client we try our best to accommodate our clients needs but sometimes for some reasons customers will part ways and have every right to do so.Thank you for your time, Leisure tech will continue to try and maintain good service to all our customers and hope in the future to be able to service this client again.[redacted]LTI
