Extremely poor service and extremely rude owner (no longer Paul Karonis as listed who was wonderful, but the new owner "TJ")Paid to have some critical medication shipped to a family member in Hawaii with 2-day delivery, only to have it returned to this store days later!! Owner rudely claimed no responsibility for their error, and refused to offer a refund until threatened with legal actionHe then literally threw the cash at me and said he never wanted to see me againOur city deserves much better UPS service and representation
