When I talked to him after the first notice, he never told me how long it would take. After an unsatisfactory five minute conversation he just said that to call him when I wanted it done. When I actually called him to have it removed, he never returned my messages so how did I know when he would come by to remove it. His attitude was unprofessional on the one time I was able to talk to him and he didn't care what I had to do to resolve the situation. I realize that it was partially my fault by not double checking with the city on the carport. When I asked him if I needed to get a permit or something, he said no, only if it was attached to the house. That was a load of baloney. If nothing else comes of this complaint, I just wanted to make sure that it was on file. ** Please check with the city on any jobs before taking his word. **

Since he did not return my two phone messages there was no way he told me it would be a week. I told him in my first message that I would keep the materials and try to sale it to recoup my loss. He did not tell me that.The complaint got posted which was my intent.
