On June 6th, 2020 I went to Leith Acura of Raleigh. I was persuaded towards a car well outside my budget and way more than my salary, while I cannot complain because I still went through with this part. I ended up financing a 2020 Acura TLX at an MSRP of $34,000. I put $2,400 down as well as trading in my 2017 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition (Limited). After driving off with the car I had signed a contract with I got a Text almost two weeks later informing me that I needed to call him as soon as possible because the Initial agreement, based on Deferred payments of 90 Days (as advertised) would be changed because the lender no longer wanted to approve the agreement. I went into the business and notified them I did not want to sign a new agreement with a change because that's not what was agreed upon. I requested Leith Acura to cancel the contract since it was not signed by the bank (Due to the change of the 90-day agreement previously signed by me). And knowing that a contract is only considered valid when BOTH parties sign, which the bank did not. I also requested my 2017 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition back which they had sitting in the lot. I was greeted by rude and unprofessional "Customer service". I was told I would not get my Nissan back and I would NOT get my down payment back. I even offered to help minimize the Damages Leith Acura Paid by offering them to pay whatever money was invested in the Nissan from the Down Payment. They REFUSED to give a list of repairs done on the vehicle. I requested the monetary value of repairs done on the Nissan and I was told it would be a minute and I could leave and come back, after insisting on waiting in the area. While waiting, Finance associate *** told me that the application magically has been "Approved" and that there was nothing else that needed to be discussed and walked away. *** states that if I wanted the Nissan back I would have to Buy it back at $13,500. When Asking to speak to ***'s Boss, *** stated "I am".

Correction to a credit report I would Appreciate a Balance of my Down Payment minus the repairs of what was done on the 2017 Nissan Altima but I figure that is unlikely seeing as the Staff was certain they were in the right in this situation. I Really want a Correction to my Credit report since I will have to take all Financial losses, Removal of the multiple Credit Inquiries of trying to approve an agreement that was already voided by the bank. I would also like to request an apology as this business wouldn't work with me.
We fulfilled the terms of our agreement. The client received her 90 day payment deferral.
