Brian comes quickly, even if it is at the end of a long day and he's been out in the heat all day. I had to MAKE him leave because it was thundering and lighting and raining. And he argued with me until he felt like maybe I really didn't want him there, because he knows how much I hate the heat. Then he came first thing in the morning. He will tell my husband what to check before he comes out to save us money and if he feels we can fix it ourselves, he will tell us what we need and what to do. I trust him. He is my favorite contractor and I swear I don't know him personally. Only through fixing our A/C and furnace which are old.
