Review: I hired Leiva to put in a fence and repave our sidewalk, Leiva put in our fence and then brought in an outside party to do our sidewalk. Prior to performing the work I explained very carefully why I wanted to repave it, that reason being that a portion of our sidewalk was concave and during the winter snow would melt and pool in that area and then freeze, creating a large patch of ice which was dangerous. After the work was done, they exacerbated the issue significantly where now the water pools and extremely large, unavoidable patches of ice will freeze where as before it was much smaller. The Leiva [redacted] did not pick up his phone after numerous attempts to contact and never returned any calls despite leaving numerous voicemails. Months later I called again and he ([redacted]) picked up claiming he was having phone issues. I described the issue to him and he claims now that it was an outside party named [redacted] that did the work and was not part of his company and referred me to him. After describing the issue he claims there is nothing wrong when clearly the work he did worsened the issue significantly whereas now people cannot even step over the ice because the patches that form are several feet wide, whereas this was not the case before. He has mostly ignored my complaints and made no attempt to correct the issue whatsoever.Desired Settlement: Repair or refund, preferably refund because I do not trust these people anymore.
