I was referred to Leksfixit a few years ago due to my concern about cost at a Lexus dealer and qualityEver since I have used Leksfixit the repairs actually needed for my Lexus and Infiniti were less than other vendors and the quality has been superb.The shinning light in the service performed by Sasha and his team was a Saturday near breakdown on the north on the way to Sedona from my home is *** ***I called the office, explained d my problem and was told to bring then car to the shopThe battery was close to dead due to a bad alternatorNo problem I was told by Jason, Sasha's employee running the shop since Sasha was out of the country at the timehe ordered the alternator from his vendor, arranged for a rental at Enterprise and said he would call me when the job was donehours later I got the call and was on my way with my carToday I was told by a local vendor that I needed a new radiator due to a leak that was pouring coolant out at their shop while I was having a new battery replacing the old one, covered by warrantyI was suspicious so I called SashaI told him what the vendor told me and he analyzed the problem and said they vendor probably damaged a plastic connection of the radiator while removing or inserting the new batteryThe cost of a new battery was quoted a $Sasha said he could replace the damaged part for $part cost and laborIf you live in the *** ** area travel the few miles to his shop for service that is top quality and cost that is more than reasonableSasha knows what integrity is and how to keep his customers coming back regardless of how far they behave to travel to his shop.Lexus is his specialty but other foreign makes can be handled also

I called the office, explained d my problem and was told to bring then car to the shop. The battery was close to dead due to a bad alternator. No problem I was told by Jason, Sasha's employee running the shop since Sasha was out of the country at the time. he ordered the alternator from his vendor, arranged for a rental at Enterprise and said he would call me when the job was done. 3 hours later I got the call and was on my way with my car. Today I was told by a local vendor that I needed a new radiator due to a leak that was pouring coolant out at their shop while I was having a new battery replacing the old one, covered by warranty. I was suspicious so I called Sasha. The cost of a new battery was quoted a $675.00. Sasha said he could replace the damaged part for $25 part cost and labor. If you live in the [redacted] area travel the few miles to his shop for service that is top quality and cost that is more than reasonable.
