We took our Cadillac SRX to this company to have it detailed The detail job was okBut they broke the screen to the cars operating system and denied it Our teenage son who lives out of state returned the car to me and did not notice I did not drive the car for several days and noticed the damage right away We then called the business for over a week and they would not return our calls We finally drove the miles back to Jefferson City yesterday and they knew exactly who we were and why we were there They were extremely aggressiveWe had originally asked them to see if they could remove some scuff marks on the leather in between the front seats They claimed that whatever we had there that caused the scuff marks caused the damage to the screen near the dashboard This is incorrect The scuff marks occurred months ago, I moved and had a planter wedged in between the seats it was vertical and almost feet from the dash Also if this damage would have occurred
