I have a sprinkler that waters my lanai
He insists the problem was solved, which it hasn't been and has closed the case
The sprinkler is inches from my lanai
I have watched it, literally water the bricks of my lanai
It does not water vegetation!
I want it removed
He has replied with this:
"The sprinklers have been checked by the landscaping company and no new heads were installedWe have checked the sprinkler throw and they do not reach your lanai"

I was charged $in late fees, more than the assessment and in less than days of my late payment
My payment was due by March 30th I was told on March 28th I would be charged $late fee if paid after March 30th as the online payment option would not guarantee funds received before March 30th even if paid on March 28th I sent my payment via bill payment It was received by Leland Management on April 6th I was charged an additional $collection fee and $late fee and have yet to received documentation of the legality of these charges

I was charged over twice our yearly HOA fees through a debt collector after never receiving a bill or even being contacted by the company

I sent a quarterly payment on November and it was cleared on my checking account on the 16th of the same month I received a notice of intent to lien from the management office on November 19, 2016, which was stamped on the 16th I called the management office and they told me, they could only remove $from the fee ($98) and I had to write a letter to the board asking for the total removal A month later, I received a letter from the management office stating the board denied the request

Although I set up a recurring payment to pay my HOA dues, this company has threatened a lien and levied fines against me because it claims I am late

Leland Management, is the property management company, for Wyndham Lakes Estates Homeowners Association, Inc This association, has many issues, involved in law suits, and lacks a functioning board of directors which is detrimental to the entire community of homes They have in-fighting with the internal board, cannot hold meetings, fail to meet quorum, cannot appoint new members, or have an election upon other matters as well

Company attempting to bill us for damages to a gate arm as a result of damages incurred by another entity
My husband sustained injuries as a result of newly installed gate arms in the community Immediately, the management company proceeded with harassment as they were afraid of a lawsuit The date of the accident was on November 7, and was not the fault of my husband In January, as well as April, received an invoice from management company wanting us to pay for damage (I specifically inspected the gate the day of the accident and there was no damage) They sent us a picture of damage as well as an invoice for $ The date of the invoice was November 28, 2017, i.e., three weeks after my husband's incident within that three week period thousands of vehicles, in particular vendors, entered those gates The damages were caused by another resident/vendor When I brought this to their attention and advised them they were in violation of Florida's Unfair
