Threatening letters to issue a lien on my property and changes constantly to ACH payments August 1, [redacted] Kissimmee, FL 34744- To whom it may concern: I'm writing this letter in regards to all of the threatening letters I'm receiving from your association about placing a lien on my propertyI have paid my HOA payments faithfully for the past going on years, and I do not appreciate the threatening letters and changes constantly of the way I could make online paymentsEvery time I call regarding a change in payment I'm told a letter was sent when nothing has been sent to my home address advising me that a change has been made in making my payments I was originally signed up through auto pay with the bank it then changed from [redacted] to Dues Payments,

Company attempting to bill us for damages to a gate arm as a result of damages incurred by another entity My husband sustained injuries as a result of newly installed gate arms in the community Immediately, the management company proceeded with harassment as they were afraid of a lawsuit The date of the accident was on November 7, and was not the fault of my husband In January, as well as April, received an invoice from management company wanting us to pay for damage (I specifically inspected the gate the day of the accident and there was no damage) They sent us a picture of damage as well as an invoice for $ The date of the invoice was November 28, 2017, i.e., three weeks after my husband's incident within that three week period thousands of vehicles, in particular vendors, entered those gates The damages were caused by another resident/vendor When I brought this to their attention and advised them they were in violation of Florida's Unfair

Company charges $fee when owners sell their homeThey state the fee is for an estoppel fro closing from the management company I called and asked why this fee is charged in addition to regular HOA feesI was told this is a legal fee and that it cannot be waivedThe HOA board conferred and stated this is a legal fee that needs to be paidI have lived in neighborhoods with associations and have not faced fees like this before
