This company will rip you offTheir knowledge is pitifulI had them diagnose my “no water issue” and they told me my well pump was overheating and shutting offThe one guy was looking for an “O” gaugeI questioned what that was and he pulls out a pressure testerGuess they need fancy names to woo the customerThey also stated it was turning slowI questioned how they knew that and they sated it was because of the low current drawI questioned back, that when a pump has a lot of drag it pulls more amps, I was told “they were in business for a long time and they know my area and know what they are doing.” They did a depth test and said it was about 110’ to my water surface and everyone on my street has approx150’ wellsI was told they can install a new pump the next morning and they would document my well depth and condition as well Because it was an emergency, I just had them do the jobAfter installing the new pump they told me to keep the water running until the water clears upAn hour later I ran out of water againWhen I called they told me “what do I expect, I have a shallow well” They told me it was only 78’ deep and sold me an overkill pump when my other one was not badThe reason it was pulling low amps was because it was sucking air and had no load I explained this to them and they said “I needed a new pump anyway because the other one was burnt up”It was overheating because the well was dryThen they tried to sell me an electronic monitoring system that will shut the pump off it there is no waterI called some neighbors and their wells are in the range of 250’ to 300’ deepAfter getting a well driller to drill a new 325’ well, them driller stated that Bruce Kemler Plumbing does horrible work and we paid twice as much as we should have for the new pump they installedBottom line, these guys are clueless, shot from the hip, unprofessional, and willing to take advantage of people in an emergency condition
