Tell us why here...We were able to find Veterans Cycle in Dunn, NC on our records. It has been a few years since they were with us. We would be happy to send you a replacement battery to your address, ** *** *** *** ** ***. Please let us know if this is the correct shipping address. The battery you purchased, 2113-0011, does carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase. This is a factory activated battery and should be maintained with a monthly charge when not in service. Thank you

Tell us why here...Drag Specialties sells their batteries through authorized dealers.  The warranty on these batteries is through the Drag Specialties dealer the consumer originally purchased the battery from.  Is it possible for Mr. [redacted] to supply us with a copy of his proof of purchase...

along with the name, address and phone number of the dealer this battery was purchased from?  We would like to work with the original dealer to help clear up this warranty claim.Thank you,[redacted]Sales/Customer ServiceDrag Specialties

Review: AKA THOR/Parts Unlimited. My dad gave me a set of THOR gear for my Birthday that he ordered from a Parts Unlimited catalog from his local repair shop. I tried it on, it fit fine initially. It was not until months after that I went riding, excited to wear my new threads, I began to suit up and the legs in the pants were so slim that once I had my knee braces on, they would not fit over them. As I had no other gear to wear, I spent the remainder of the afternoon like a gangsta with my hind end hanging out of my pants. Not happy, but totally understandable issue and should be easy to resolve.

After a months worth of emails and phone calls to Parts Unlimited and Thor still no resolution. The lady at Parts Unlimited, [redacted], is unhelpful, insinuating, obnoxious and just plain rude. She initially refused to give me the name of her boss and later sent me to a voicemail of someone that is the same position as her (blew me off). At this point, it is no longer about the gear, it is a matter of principle. The issue seems to be circulating around a receipt, which I don't have, it was a gift ordered through a catalog from a greasy service shop. People, this isn't freaking Target and I don't want cash back, I didn't steal anything and I'm not trying to warranty gear that I have worn for a whole season just to cheat Parts Unlimited out of a set of gear. I just want you to take your defective gear and send me ones that aren't defective. I am already so frustrated that I don't even want to wear anything that has a Thor logo on it.Desired Settlement: I want to send them this defective gear and they can send me a set that is not defective.

Here is the information we have on Revdex.com ID [redacted].

[redacted] contacted our Thor Office on 9/17/13 by email regarding a complaint with his Thor pants. He noted these pants were a birthday gift from his father. He said his father purchased them from South Bay Moto in Torrance, CA a Parts Unlimited dealer but were no longer in business. [redacted] was wearing knee braces and these pants would not go over the knee braces he was using.

On 9/20/13 our Thor Office received the information to contact [redacted] for a retail receipt. We were not able to find South Bay Moto in Torrance, CA as a Parts Unlimited dealer.

In our conversation with [redacted] on Thursday 9/26/13 he told us South Bay Moto was located in the same building as Valdis Motozone. We suggested [redacted] try Valdis to see if they had purchase history of selling the pants to [redacted]’s father. He was unable to do this so we suggested we would do this on his behalf. This offer was upsetting to [redacted].

We spoke with Valdis Motozone and they told us [redacted]’s father owned South Bay Moto and he let [redacted]’s father purchase through his shop. Valdis Motozone said they’d told the [redacted]’s if they had a problem, they were to contact him first. Valdis did have purchase history of [redacted]’s pants from September 2011 at $40.90. Valdis Motozone told us South Bay Moto had closed the end of December 2011.

Thor pants carry a one year warranty. There are many different styles and types of knee braces and knee guards. Thor does not warranty their pants to accommodate knee braces or knee guards. This fitment should be determined at the time the pants were originally purchased.

Review: Warranty clearly states that the batter has a limited 1 year warranty from time of installation.......how ever the battery in question was never used or installed and is not any good.....they will not refund exchange or credit myself in anyway.Desired Settlement: Refund or store credit for full price of the battery

1st off there return pol. is junk not to mention as a whole the business is out there to undercut dealers and be as greedy as poss.

lets look at lemans as a whole they also own another company we wont mention here that sells motorcycle parts cheeper then they do and tires forget about it they will undercut the dealer every time by selling online under again another name.

they left indy and most dealers around the country want them out of the business period ..

SO BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS FORGET IT DONT DO IT IT IS A HUGE MISTAKE......

STICK WITH MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES LIKE TR/WPS/LOCK/TARGA/

YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER/////
