Currently working with former customer to come to a resolution
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me 5/21/Real Green Operations Mgr [redacted] came out to look at my yardHe confirmed the original diagnosis of Take-All patchThey are going to start over, redo the entire treatment program plus add sphagnum peat to adjust soil ph, all at no additional chargeHe said he will have the service manager monitor progress as they go-----Thanks Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]
