Tell us why hereWe believe the employee this resident is referring to is [redacted] as we do not have an employee named Aaron.This resident has accused [redacted] of stealing from her before and later found the items that she accused him of stealing Anytime the maintenance person needs assistance with any maintenance issue, he brings [redacted] with him On Friday July 8, the maintenance person, Spiro and the Property Manager, ***, were with an inspector all day completing inspections Around 1pm [redacted] checked voicemails before heading back out to finish inspections after lunch There was a voicemail from Ms[redacted] and a voicemail from MHDC regarding her AC [redacted] gave Spiro the work order and headed out with the inspector Sprio asked [redacted] to go with him due to issues with the resident in the past (employees are advised to go in pairs when addressing any of her concerns) [redacted] was inspecting a unit across from her apartment and noticed that [redacted] never once went in to her apartment He stayed at the door the entire time in case Spiro needed his assistance Spiro went into the apartment and first checked to make sure the air was blowing out properly from the wall unit He then checked the temp on the thermostat and the apartment was reading degrees He did take a picture of that as wellIn Lemay Manor I this is a temp for our wall units on a degree dayMs [redacted] locked herself in her bedroom after letting Spiro in When Spiro needed to explain to her about the AC he knocked on her bedroom doorShe came out and Spiro explained to her that everything was normal, he did explain to her with all the large furniture that is stacked from floor to ceiling in the living room that airways could be blocked He did offer her a stand alone AC and she refused and kicked him out of her apartment

In Lemay Manor I this is a normal temp for our wall units on a 100 degree day.
