We recently replaced our AC unit which had been installed by the builder 11 years previous. Not knowing anything about heating and cooling we relied on the honesty and integrity of the sales people and installers we worked with. Having done some research, we decided on a slightly higher unit than what was previously installed. After Dave and his apprentice, Andrew installed the new unit we could not believe the difference in air quality and circulation. During installation it was noted that the previous unit had been placed incorrectly, thus blocking major ducts to our upper level~ rather than creating the added expense of moving these ducts, Dave was able to place the condenser coils inches lower to allow full circulation of the air. What a difference! He and Andrew worked through a few ups and down, showing professionalism, old-world work ethic and pride. We were so thankful it was Dave and Andrew who installed for us as it became very obvious that they took the quality of their workmanship seriously and saw it as a direct reflection of themselves. I would never hesitate to recommend these two men; their attention to detail and workmanship is very rare. Thank you Dave and Andrew!!

All indoor and outdoor work was done very professionally with all old materials and new packing material removed and disposed of properly.
