Hands down the worst law firm I have ever worked withYou send numerous emails and receive no response from you're attorney or the assistantEvery time you call nobody answers and when you leave a voicemail you're phone call is never returnedThis company owes me money from my lemon law claim and can't even return my phone call!!
Dont do it! They are here to take your money, you will not win It is a waste of time and heartache, the whole point of having a lawyer is having someone do all the research and paperwork for you They do not do this and you will not win You have to call them multiple times and they will not call you back They lie and say they are going to court with your case and they never go The staff is unknowledgeable and rude! Safe your time go somewhere else

Filing complaints with the bar association as wellFirst the retainer letter as well as the letter that went to Chevy had a name for an attorney that wasn't licensed in my state nor was a practicing lemon law attorney and hasn't worked for the firm for over a year, before I filed my caseThe lack of communication is crazy, sent many emails that asked who is my attorney that went unanswered, everytime I tried to talk to someone it was a paralegal no actual lawyer until the car company denied my claimThen they assigned an attorney that actually worked in my state but not listed on the bar association as a lemon law specialistI have tried to call several times to be hung up on anytime I ask for a supervisor, or yelled at by the intake people for asking and told they can't give me a lawyer's name who is working on my casemonths wasted and it hurt my case
After going through a lengthy process with this law firm, I finally received a settlement check in the amount of $1,That is the amount I was expectingHowever, when I took the check to the bank to be cashed the teller told me the check was fake and she was unable to cash itI spoke to Hector Vat the law firm and he said he would get a new check sent out as soon as possibleHector and I had last spoke on 04/07/and I have tired to get into contact since then
In the beginning the legal assistant was in contact with me on a regular basisThey were quick to respond to my emailsWe did get a first offer from the car companyBut it was nowhere near where we needed it to beThey advised me to take the car back in for more service if it needed itAnd it did I sent the new information to the office and never heard back from themI sent four emails with no response I never did speak with an attorneyI feel this company is a joke
