I am rejecting this response because:
I visited another doctor two months later and asked specifically about these issues That dentist said that there was nothing of the sort and that they saw absolutely nothing to indicated my teeth/gums were in bad shape or that I needed the treatments recommended
Lemon Tree Dental recommended $5,braces in addition to the expensive and unnecessary (as determined by another dentist) gum treatments Not once in my life have I been told that I need braces The dentist I visited several months after visiting Lemon Tree Dental said there was no need for braces either
This experience is consistent with numerous other people who have left shocking similar reviews of Lemon Tree Dental in the past
These x-rays and exams were used to recommend unnecessary treatments and I should not be billed for them

In regards to the [redacted] case, we take our patient's complaints and concerns very seriously. The Financial Policy implemented in each office is given to our patients, which further underlines the expectations of the patients in regards to account balances. This policy was signed by [redacted] on 09/25/2013, consenting that he read, understood, an agreed to the policy.
Mr. [redacted] was seen, as a new patient on September 25, 2013. Our standard of care at Lemon Tree Canyon Golf, for new patients is to provide a complete exam, full mouth x-rays, periodontal screening and oral cancer screening. Our team members provide treatment plans for every patient regarding treatment to be done, as well as the fees for those procedures.
Dr. [redacted] serves each of his patients with the highest quality care experience possible takes pride in committing to each patient's oral health by providing lifetime care. It is imperative as a dental professional to provide a thorough diagnosis of treatment needed through the comprehensive exam, as well as the consequences of non-treatment. This allows each patient to make an educated decision on how to proceed with their dental treatment. Dr. [redacted]'s philosophy of care is aligned with the American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines. In Dr. [redacted]'s clinical assessment of Mr. [redacted], his findings were Type II, Early stages of periodontal disease; Dr. [redacted] stands behind his clinical diagnosis. In our practice, a prophylaxis (polishing) is not done with the presence of periodontal disease, until the infection is removed.
