Called AJR to give me an estimate to fix my automatic gateTechnician arrived, looked at my gate and said the motor was out and I needed to replace complete system Cost: $I called other companies for estimates and they all said my circuitboard needed replacement Cost: $AJR sent me a bill for their technicians visit and when I called to tell them he had made an error and there was nothing wrong with my motor they insisted I pay the billI did

Review: I went in for a full hair cut and I passed out in the chair due to medical problems that just started,I woke up and I paid her n told her I'd be back to tip her the next day,I never go my haircut but I still paid her.she called me and left a very rude message. Very inappropriate.Desired Settlement: To either get a refund or at least finish the haircut.

Review: Went to the Lemon Tree May **, 2013 to have my roots dyed. First person applied dye then applies her own hair dye while I waited 35 minutes with the dye on. I asked if it was ok that it was burning and looking a little orange and was told it's fine. The sampoo girl washes it out then washes my hair dressers hair out while I sit there and wait. I pay and go home to blow dry it to see that my roots are a rusty orange color compared to the rest of my head. I call up and go back to see a second hairdresser because the first one already left. She applies a different color to my roots. About 10 mintues into the dye being applied it is burning horribly and she adds the sugar sweet and low in the bottle of dye to help stop some of the burning. The color appears to look better so I leave feeling ok with a really sore scalp. Next day my head is so sore I cannot even touch my head. I go to see another hairdresser to get another opinion. He tells me I have hair dye dried in my roots on the back of my scalp that hasn't been washed out and my entire scalp is full of welts and burns. I wash it to get the dried dye out and my scalp is severely burning and the color is back to orange. I call the corporate office and get the owner of the salon to contact me. She agrees that it was a mistake after first trying to blame me. She says she will give me a refund and to call tomorrow to come in so she can look at it. I call the next day she already left so I go up there for a refund anyway. I continue to call the salon and corporate number the next few days to try to get an idea what happened to my hair and scalp because it has been days and my hair is now breaking off at the roots and my scalp is still has sores all over it. No response all weekend then told Monday morning on my voicemail I am harassing her family by calling her. My roots are still orange and completely ruined and my scalp still has sores. Terrible business owner who is not worried about the customer at all just sweeping the problem under the rug.Desired Settlement: Nothing can be done except to pay and have it fixed by a reputable salon when my scalp finally heals. Owner never even looked at the damage done to my hair. Didn't offer anything to help fix the situation and tried to blame me for the whole thing.
