I put in a request for internet service for my home. the email said I could get 12 mbps d/l speed. I called the office to talk to some one , than I was informed that I could only get 6 mbps d/l speed. if I would have placed an order on line I wouldn't get what was offer to me. this is called a bait and switch. have family two blocks away and they get 16 mbps.
