Took a jade bracelet to get repaired. It took week, manager [redacted] rude & damaged my bracelet. It had to black marks on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Didn't offer to repair it or anything. Will not go back nor recommend Lemon's. Very disappointed. He didn't charge me for the repair but it was just get her out of here. More or less of I was annoying him not the fact they had my bracelet(damaged) for a week. Never again.

Took a 10k white gold ring in to have stone tightened and prongs fixed. Saleswoman said that one prong needed built up. Two days after receiving ring back a prong broke and stone was lost.Jeweler only tightened stone they said and they refused to do anything about it.
This is the second time I have had a problem with this store. The firdt time I had a Leslie bracelet that needed to be replaced.The gold weight was less than the original and in the past Leslie always made up the difference with a chain or something. This manager tried his best not to give me the difference. He eventually did , but it was a real fight. I am done with Lemons !
