Hired Jim of Lemont Plumbing & Heating he came out did the job everything was done he got paid A number of months later my toilet started backing up I called Jim told him that the toilet is backing up and if he could check it out since he worked on routing the pipes in the house told him it could be a simple fix but I don't know Said he would come out I took the day off he never showed up Called him again told him toilet is pretty old so it might be just that the toilet needs to be replaced otherwise the pipes might need to be rerouted and of course told him I would pay, I set up another day off of work and again no show He now doesn't answer my calls or doesn't return my calls

Job was to install a shower faucet valve (valve provided free from mfg), replace an outside water spigot and replace the main shut off valve for the house water supply Quoted one price on the phone then charged me quadruple that amount at end of job ( saying he was giving me a big discount for the trouble they encountered.) Due to a bad install on the whole house shut off valve they soaked approx SF of relatively new carpeting Said carpeting was stained; a week later they attempted a home remedy of vinegar and salt to clean it Did not work Promised to have professional cleaner call and come out at their expense within days Never happened Left us hanging out to dry so to speak
