I’m sending this resolution in reference to Mr. [redacted] complaint about his D105 Lawn Mower at home service. I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] this day 7-19-16 @ 830 AM. We have completed his service and returned his mower today. We had originally offered to pick up the mower as our Service...
truck had a major engine frailer however Mr. [redacted] declined to allow us to pick up originally. We appreciate the opportunity to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. Please see attached for reference, Copy of Complaint and Completed work order for service & delivery. I have assured him that we have a new truck that will be here any day and hope to not be in this situation in the future
